Guillaume Jabalot

Guillaume joined us in 2006 from Apax Partners where he spent four years arranging leveraged buyouts in France. He started his career in investment banking at Lazard. Guillaume is a graduate of ESSEC and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jean-Michel joined us in 2007 after 17 years in investment banking in New York and London with Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and HSBC. He started his professional career as a product manager with Schlumberger. Jean-Michel is a graduate from Ecole Centrale in Lille and holds an MBA from Wharton.

Sébastien Raffray

Sébastien joined in 2003 from Credit Lyonnais, where he spent three years initially in their leveraged finance group in New York before joining their mezzanine fund in Paris. He is a graduate of Ecole Centrale in Paris and of IEP Paris.

Claire joined us in June 2006 after spending four years with Western Union (an FDC subsidiary) as Finance Manager. Previously, she worked in London, Brussels and Paris in the industry and publishing sectors as well as in venture capital. Claire holds an MA from University of Reading (UK) and an MBA from University of Richmond (USA).
